What if I need to modify my order?

Orders that are being placed can’t be modified anymore. That’s because we immediately send your order after you placed it. Therefore if you’d like to make a different order, our best suggestion is to place a new order.

Can I get same day delivery?

Yes. As a matter of fact, all orders are send the same day. Depending on the size of your order it may take up to 72 hours before your order to complete. You’ll receive an email once your order has been completed.

What if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Always wait 24 hours before contacting customer support to ask about your order. Sometimes changes in algorithms causes orders to delay. We always get notified when this happens. We’ll make sure to send your order as fast as possible.

What if I paid but didn't get an email notification?

Please check your spam folder and your bank account / card issuer. Only orders that are actually paid will be processed.

Can I get a discount?
